Shipping Policy

Processing

Please allow a 2 day processing time for most products.  However, orders usually ship out the next business day, so if you decide you want to cancel an order, please contact support@thequiltingbutterfly.com within 2 hours of purchase.  Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.  If the product that you purchase requires longer than 2 days to process, it will be indicated on the product page for that item.

Shipping

We offer free 3-5 day shipping for all orders shipped within the continental United States.  If the item(s) is being shipped outside of the continental United States, the shipping rate will appear at checkout.

We do ship internationally.  Currently we ship to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.  Shipping rates and delivery times are based on your location.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by our carriers.  Also, shipping times may increase during peak seasons such as Christmas.
